We are thrilled to announce the recent completion of 130 Lonsdale Street and the 5,000 square metre Wesley Place ground plane in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Having created over 2,000 jobs for Victorians during development, the $750 million Premium Grade office tower features 60,000 square metres of commercial space over 34 levels and four cascading sky terraces. One of Australia’s most technology enabled office buildings, 130 Lonsdale Street provides a future-ready and frictionless workplace experience for tenant customers, including touchless access and amenity.
